Pete helped me purchase my first home in Los Angeles in 2004, it was the height of the market. We looked at a lot of homes and put in offers but I kept loosing them. I started getting discouraged. Pete was patient and said: "When it's time you'll know it. Tell me and we'll get it." The next home was exactly what I was looking for, I told him "This is it!" 14 other offers were put in. I don't know how he did it, but I got it. I got married in our backyard and have started raising our two girls here, and to my great surprise it's even held its value, despite the timing of the purchase. Pete's gone on to help us buy other investment properties, and we are now buying our dream house with his help. He's extremely knowledgeable, works hard and is a nice guy to boot.
