About Josh Schneider

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Josh brings a touch of Midwest charm to every deal he handles. Since becoming an agent in early 2021, he has successfully navigated numerous transactions throughout the city. With a deep understanding of the ever-evolving market and neighborhood dynamics, he is well-versed in areas ranging from Santa Monica to Westlake Village.

Before relocating to Los Angeles, Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Indiana University. After graduating, he moved to New York City to work at a marketing agency owned by Ryan Seacrest. During the pandemic, he decided to move west to pursue his passion for architecture and real estate, ultimately becoming a licensed agent in the City of Angels.

When he’s not selling real estate, Josh is probably engaged in something sports-related. Whether he’s playing in one of his softball or basketball leagues or cheering on his hometown Wisconsin teams on TV, it’s clear that his second passion lies in the world of sports.
