Tim Paulson

Tim’s real estate investing career spans more than three decades, as he owned more than a dozen private homes and investment properties in Los Angeles and New York City. Deeply rooted in our local community, Tim has lived on Hancock Park’s June Street for more than 30 years while his sons attended St. James and Harvard-Westlake High Schools.

In addition to his real estate experience, Tim had a successful career in advertising sales for Newsweek and The Economist magazine and their respective web sites. His marketing expertise has been an effective tool in helping our clients market and sell their homes.

Tim has a B.A. in English and French from Georgetown University, and a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Toronto. He is a member of St. Brendan’s Church and is a social member at the Los Angeles Tennis Club. He is also a published novelist, and his wife is a screenwriter and member of the Writers Guild.
